Такое решение было принято Федеральным национальным советом, который считает необходимым подчеркнуть различия между гражданами страны и иностранцами. Между тем, имеющиеся у экспатриантов карты Emirates ID не нуждаются в замене до момента истечения срока их действия. Нужно отметить, что в EIDA столкнулись со сложностями при выдаче идентификационных карт резидентам, крайний срок их получения продлевался несколько раз. Схема, которая была придумана в 2005 году, преследовала своей целью создать единый документ на базе трудовой карты, визы и других документов, для упрощения взаимодействия между государственными органами. Каждая карта содержит адрес владельца, его фотографию, дату рождения и отпечатки пальцев и может быть использована как официальный документ в странах Совета сотрудничества арабских государств Персидского залива (ССАГПЗ).

What is Royal Members Club Card?
Royal Members Club card is exclusively given for free to selected and premium members of Royal Club. As a Royal Members Club cardholder you are entitled to have the best hotel deals, travel, vacation, and holiday experience at a guaranteed discounted rate.
How can I know that I am eligible to have a Royal Members Club Card?
An email will be sent to those who are eligible to have the Royal Members Club Card. The membership benefits, terms and conditions as well as Data Privacy is also included in the letter. The selected member must fill and sign the attached registration form and should sent it back to info@royalclubdubai.com
I have just signed up. When can I have my card?
After receiving the signed registration form, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a scanned copy of your card. There are 4 ways on how you can collect your card.
1. You can collect the card upon checking-in at Royal Club Palm Jumeirah or Royal Club Bonnington Tower.
2. You can collect your card in our office which is located on the 8th floor of Oud Metha Tower (Citi Bank building, opposite Raffles Hotel) Sheikh Rashid Road, Dubai United Arab Emirates
3. You can also request for it to be sent through courier (DHL) of which the shipping cost will be paid by the consignee/receiver.
4. You can have somebody to collect it for you on your behalf. Simply provide your confirmation email and a copy of your ID and a friend or colleague can collect your card for you.
Do you offer joint or Family Membership?
No. Each membership is for a named individual only.
Is there any age restriction for the club card holder?
The club cardholder must be 18 years old and above
Can someone else use my card to gain access?
Your membership card is only valid for the member stated on the card.
What is the validity of my card?
Card validity is for 3 years from the date of receiving it. Expiry Date will be shown on the card. You will be notified through email for the process of renewal.
How do I use my card?
At the time of booking or reservation in one of our hotels and or Partner Establishments, simply state that you are a Royal Members Club Cardholder and you will be notified of the special rates or discounts that you are entitled to as a cardholder. The card must be also be presented at the time of checking-in and settlement of bills. Please note that some of our Partner Establishments requires prior booking. You can check our website www.royalmembersclub.com for their contact numbers. It is mandatory that the card must be presented at the time of purchase or settlement of bills to avail the discounts. Your membership pack will be sent to you within 4-6 weeks after your first activity with minimum of 500 miles recorded in your account.
Where will my membership card be delivered to?
Once your account reached 1,500 miles, your membership card will be sent to your registered address on account. Please ensure that your mailing address on account is up to date.
How long will it take for my membership card to arrive?
All membership cards are sent through the local post office. Please allow between four (04) to six (06) weeks for the membership card to arrive.
Will I receive a new Blue membership card after my Silver membership card has expired?
Please use your previous Blue membership card received. If you have lost your Blue membership card, please request for a replacement from Royal Skies.
What can I use if I am not eligible for a physical membership card?
A digital membership card is available after logging into your Royal Skies account under “Profile” – Membership Card.

Australia has announced that its borders will gradually re-open from 00:01 AEST on 1 November 2021. Australian citizens, permanent residents, and immediate family members who are fully vaccinated (with approved and recognised vaccines by Australia TGA) can exit and enter Australia without seeking an exemption.

Ученики и студенты имеют право получить визу сроком на 5 лет. При этом, ученики должны получить в государственной или частной школе минимальную оценку в 95%, а студенты университетов внутри и за пределами страны получить средний балл 3,75 по окончанию ВУЗа.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Royal Members Club (The Club) is managed and operated by Arabian Falcon Holidays (The Management).
2. The Club membership is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
3. Members will be issued a membership number and membership card. The use of this number/card and associated benefits is deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions and other Club terms and conditions that may be issued from time to time, to the benefit of the Club.
4. Membership of The Club and membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the Member.
5. If required, the Cardholder must present additional identification to gain the discount and or offers provided by The Club and Participating Establishments.
6. The Royal Members Club card is for the cardholder’s personal use and is not a credit card.
7. Membership cards remain the property of the Club and must be returned upon request.
8. Membership is accepted at the sole discretion of the Club and is valid for three (3) years subject to renewal.
9. The Royal Members Club card may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions provided by the Participating Establishments.
10. Royal Members Club is not responsible for any purchases made by any Royal Members Club cardholder to any of its Participating Establishments. The member/cardholder should pay for any purchase done.
11. The Royal Members Club card may not be used during traditional holidays, public holiday or on New Year’s Eve.
12. The management reserves the right to modify The Club structure, benefits or other features including these terms and conditions or to terminate The Club at any time upon reasonable notice where possible, and the management will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. Any use of The Club by a Member will be deemed as acceptance of any amendment to these terms and conditions.
13. Upon joining the Club, Members will receive a membership card with their name and membership number on it.
14. Members agree to use all Club facilities with all reasonable care and attention, and with due courtesy and respect to all staff and other Members.
15. The membership guide is incorporated as part of these terms and conditions and is deemed as part of the contract between the Club and its Member.
The personal data supplied by Members is required for the operation of The Club, delivery of associated benefits and services, ongoing research and programme development and to communicate news and information to Members. Failure by Members to provide or keep required data up to date may result in the management’s being unable to provide membership of The Club and associated benefits. In such cases, membership may be terminated.
All information is managed in accordance with the Club’s Data Privacy Policy. Such Data Privacy Policy is deemed incorporated into the contract between Royal Members Club and a Member. Information may be passed to supplier and partner establishments to facilitate communication of news and information to Members.
Members have the right to request to review and correct any personal data held by the Club. In such circumstances Members should send a request in writing to info@royalclubdubai.com
Members are responsible for keeping the Club up to date as to their correct personal details. Royal Members Club is not responsible for any loss as a result of a Member’s failure to notify of a change in address.
The Club/Management may disclosed such data upon court order or to any governmental authority without any responsibility on the Management or the Club.
Limitation of Liability
Royal Members Club shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with The Club and/or the use of or the unavailability of facilities of The Club and/or the provision or the refusal to provide any benefits, whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether Royal Members Club have any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
Royal Members Club will endeavor to ensure the availability of services of The Club when these are provided by participating establishments but will not be liable for any loss arising from the failure by participating establishments to provide such services. Where a Member uses the services provided by participating establishments, the participating establishments’ terms and conditions will apply and the Club will not be liable for any loss.
Arabian Falcon Holidays confirms that it will operate The Club and provide The Club facilities with reasonable care and skill, however,Arabian Falcon Holidays does not in any way warrant that The Club facilities and benefits will always be available and all terms expressed or implied by statute or otherwise on the part of The Management are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Members may terminate their membership at any time by giving written notice to the Club and returning their membership card, at which time any outstanding or accrued Club benefits will be cancelled.
The Management may forthwith terminate the membership of a Member and the right of a Member to use his/her membership card and use The Club facilities if a Member commits misconduct or fraud, misuses the Royal Members Club programme benefits and awards, misuses The Club of its facilities and services or fails to follow these terms and conditions. Such misuse may include, but is not limited to, behavior, which is troublesome or shows a lack of respect towards the staff, partners or hotels, criminal actions or actions, which are generally perceived to be immoral, unethical or contrary to these membership terms and conditions.
The Club may alternatively at its discretion forthwith terminate or suspend a Member’s right to use specified facilities, benefits or services of The Club, with the Member retaining his/her overall membership in The Club.
Termination of membership for whatever reason shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of Royal Members Club and the Member as at the date of termination.
Upon the death of a Member, the membership account will be closed and all the membership benefits will be cancelled.
The failure by The Management to exercise or enforce any rights herein contained shall not be deemed to be a waiver thereof nor shall it affect The Management’s entitlement to take any subsequent action in respect of that right or of any other right.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions. All provisions not affected by such invalidity or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between Royal Members Club and each Member are governed by United Arab Emirates law. By using The Club each Member submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates courts.
