[Sigh] is used when expressing a type of mood (typically somber, fatigue, exhaustion, frustration or relief), the action of exhaling, an audible deep respiration of air. It is also used when trying to highlight the larger than normal quantity of air inhaled and quickly exhaled.
[Breath] refers to the action of inhaling or process of breathing.
