Anthony Scaramucci is Founder and Managing Partner of SkyBridge focusing on marketing and business development. Prior to founding SkyBridge in 2005, Mr. Scaramucci co-founded investment partnership Oscar Capital Management, which was sold to Neuberger Berman, LLC in 2001. Ray Nolte is a Senior Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of SkyBridge. He is also Co-Chairman of the Manager Selection and Portfolio Allocation Committees. Prior to SkyBridge’s acquisition of the Hedge Fund Management Group of Citigroup Alternative Investment, LLC (CAI) in June 2010, Mr. Nolte served as chief executive officer and chief investment officer of the CAI group as well as chairman of its Investment Committee. Earlier, Mr. Nolte worked at Deutsche Bank, where he served as the global head and CIO of the DB Absolute Return Strategies (ARS) Fund of Funds business, chairman of its investment committee and vice chairman of DB ARS and head of the Single Manager Hedge Fund business. Mr. Nolte started his career at Bankers Trust Company in 1983 and was named head of Global Portfolio Management in 1994. He launched the bank’s Fund of Funds group in 1996. Mr. Nolte earned a B.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University.

Daniel Barile, CFA is a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at SkyBridge Capital. Mr. Barile’s responsibilities include portfolio management, research and due diligence across a variety of alternative investment strategies, as well as new product research and development. Prior to joining SkyBridge in June 2010, Mr. Barile was a Vice President on the Hedge Fund Management Group investment team at Citi Alternative Investments. Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Barile was an Associate Director covering financial institutions at Fitch Ratings. Mr. Barile started his career at Merrill Lynch in 2004. Mr. Barile received a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Finance from Binghamton University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
Managing Director, Portfolio Manager, Senior Investment Analyst
Jean Kang is a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Analyst responsible for portfolio management of institutional separate accounts. Ms. Kang also oversees global macro strategies and covers equity long/short, commodity and relative value hedge funds. Ms. Kang’s responsibilities include portfolio management, manager research, manager sourcing and due diligence. Prior to joining SkyBridge, Ms. Kang was an analyst covering global macro and equity long short strategies for the Hedge Fund Management Group at Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI). Additionally, Ms. Kang was responsible for manager due diligence in the Hedge Fund Management Group at CAI.
Ms. Kang received a B.A. in Political Science from Wellesley College, where she graduated with honors.
John F. Svolos is a Managing Director and Head of Cryptocurrency Research at SkyBridge Capital. He has extensive buy-side and sell-side experience with a focus on technology, having been a technology sector specialist at Merrill Lynch, an internet and technology analyst at Wells Capital Management, and most recently, a Managing Director at Oppenheimer, where he gained exposure to blockchain and crypto. Mr. Svolos has met with hundreds of private and public technology companies over the course of decades and made numerous visits to technology supply chain facilities globally. Mr. Svolos also has a legal background with experience in intellectual property and securities law. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and Harvard Law School, cum laude.

Peter Martini is a Director and Investment Analyst at SkyBridge. Previously, Mr. Martini was an Analyst on the Business and Operational Due Diligence Team, as well as a Product Manager and Portfolio Operations Associate, responsible for portfolio rebalancing operations. Prior to joining the firm in July 2014, he worked as an Operations Associate in the Alternative Investment group at Morgan Stanley supporting areas including operations, accounting and technology. Mr. Martini received a B.S. in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. McDonald is a Partner and Co-Head of Hedge Fund Business & Operational Due Diligence at SkyBridge. Prior to joining SkyBridge, Mr. McDonald served as Managing Director and Head of Hedge Fund Business & Operational Due Diligence at Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI) for eight years. Prior to transferring to CAI in 2002, he was employed by Citi Global Markets Inc., where he managed the Hedge Fund Counterparty Risk Management Group and the firm’s global counterparty exposures to hedge funds trading with the broker dealer’s equities, fixed income, currencies, commodities and related derivatives desks located in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Mr. McDonald joined the Hedge Fund Counterparty Risk Management Group in 1994. Mr. McDonald earned a B.S. from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Brahm Pillai is a Managing Director on the Operations and Risk Research teams at SkyBridge. Mr. Pillai is responsible for product management, operations and investment risk research and analysis for SkyBridge funds, platforms and institutional clients. In addition to his product management and risk research roles, Mr. Pillai also chairs the SkyBridge Young Leaders Circle (SYLC), which is a leadership initiative that promotes opportunities for education, mentorship, networking, entrepreneurship and diversity among students and graduates. Prior to joining SkyBridge in July 2010, Mr. Pillai was Vice President and Senior Product Manager at Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI). Before joining CAI in October 2005, Mr. Pillai was a paralegal in the structured finance division of Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP. Mr. Pillai received an M.B.A. from The Samuel Curtis Johnson School of Business at Cornell University and a B.A. in Business & Media from the Gallatin School at New York University.

Jason Wright is a Senior Partner and Global Head of Marketing at SkyBridge. Prior to joining SkyBridge, Mr. Wright was Managing Director of Business Development at Soleil Securities Group. Earlier, he served as Managing Director at SoundView Ventures from 2000 to 2003.
Mr. Lesser received his BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Joe Rosano is a Partner at SkyBridge Capital. Mr. Rosano joined SkyBridge in June 2010 and currently leads marketing initiatives in New England for the firm’s institutional and national platform distribution.
Mr. Rosano received his B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.
Parker Waldron is a Partner at SkyBridge Capital. Mr. Waldron joined SkyBridge in October 2014 and currently leads business development initiatives focused on the West Coast and Mid-Atlantic for the firm’s institutional and national platform distribution.

Melissa Gottlieb is a Director and Head of Investor Relations at SkyBridge. Prior to joining SkyBridge in November 2014, Ms. Gottlieb served as a Consultant focused on marketing and investor relations projects at Bloomberg LP, JANA Partners and Atlantic Investment Management. Previously, she was Manager of Marketing and Investor Relations at Sandell Asset Management, an event driven, multi-strategy hedge fund. She began her career in equity portfolio management at The Dreyfus Corporation, and also held an investor relations role at Alpha Investment Management. Ms. Gottlieb received a B.A. in Business Administration and Spanish from Franklin & Marshall College.

Robert Phillips is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of SkyBridge. Prior to joining SkyBridge in 2007, Mr. Phillips served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of two investment management companies: Lucerne Management, LLC and Coventry Capital, LLC. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly held bio-pharmaceutical contract service organization where he was responsible for all finance, accounting, SEC reporting and investor relation functions. Mr. Phillips began his career as an auditor and spent 8 years with BDO Seidman, LLP, a national professional services firm which provides assurance, tax, financial advisory and consulting services to a wide range of publicly traded and privately held companies. Mr. Phillips earned a B.A. in Accounting from Upsala College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Marie Noble is a Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SkyBridge. Prior to joining SkyBridge in November 2010, Ms. Noble was an Associate General Counsel at Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI), where she was lead counsel supporting various hedge fund platforms managed by Citi’s registered investment adviser. Ms. Noble joined Citi in 2006 after spending six years practicing corporate law in the New York and London Offices of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, where her primary focus was on domestic and international securities transactions. Ms. Noble is a member of the board of directors of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, a preeminent legal aid organization providing pro bono legal representation to artists, designers and nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. Ms. Noble earned a B.A. Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Bucknell University and a J.D. Cum Laude from Boston University, where she served as Note Editor on the Boston University Law Review.
Partner, Head of Hedge Fund
Administration and Operations
Christopher Hutt is a Partner and the Head of Hedge Fund Administration and Operations at SkyBridge. Mr. Hutt is responsible for managing the operations for the SkyBridge product suite and is also the product manager for the fund of hedge fund products and managed accounts. Prior to joining SkyBridge, Mr. Hutt was Director of Hedge Fund Operations within the Hedge Fund Management Group at Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI). Prior to joining CAI in 2004, he held various product management positions at Morgan Stanley & Co. and JPMorgan Chase over an eight year span. Mr. Hutt received a B.A. from the State University of New York at Cortland.
Partner, Deputy General Counsel, Head of Tax
Eric Alper is a Partner, Deputy General Counsel and Tax Director at SkyBridge. Mr. Alper, who joined SkyBridge in 2009, focuses on legal, operational and tax issues as well as new product development. Prior to joining SkyBridge, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at U Capital Group, LP, which was one of SkyBridge’s seeded hedge fund managers. Prior to U Capital, Mr. Alper was Chief Financial Officer at Weston Capital Management, Vice President of Hedge Fund Accounting at Ivy Asset Management and Vice President & Tax Counsel at Neuberger Berman. Earlier in his career, he worked for two multi-national corporations and two national public accounting firms specializing in tax law and accounting. Mr. Alper earned a B.B.A. with a concentration in Accounting from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a J.D. from The Washington College of Law at American University, and a LLM in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Eric is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and attorney with the State of New York.
Chief Administrative Officer
Sue Ponce is Chief Administrative Officer at SkyBridge Capital. Prior to SkyBridge, Ms. Ponce was the Chief Administrative Officer at Oscar Capital, which was co-founded by Anthony Scaramucci. In conjunction with Oscar Capital’s sale to Neuberger Berman, LLC in 2001, Ms. Ponce remained at Neuberger Berman until 2005, when she left to become one of the founding team members of SkyBridge. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ponce worked as a Senior Sales Assistant at Goldman Sachs on the Institutional Equities trading floor.
Ms. Ponce received her BA in Economics from SUNY Albany and holds securities licenses Series 7 and 63.
Managing Director, Senior Compliance Officer
Minna K. Urrey is the Senior Compliance Officer at SkyBridge Capital, responsible for the development and implementation of compliance programs for SkyBridge’s regulated businesses, anti-money laundering compliance and regulatory reporting. Prior to joining the firm in February 2007, she was a co-founding officer and Vice President of Global PACT, Inc., an international organization providing grassroots social entrepreneurship and community-building skills training, and was on the staff of the Aresty Research Center for Undergraduates at Rutgers University.
Ms. Urrey graduated from Rutgers College with a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in political science and women’s and gender studies; she is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the Cap & Skull Society, an Institute for Women’s Leadership Certificate Scholar and an Edward McNall Burns Scholar. She holds the Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP) designation from the FINRA Institute at Wharton.
King Chan is a Director at SkyBridge Capital, where she is responsible for fund accounting operations and financial reporting. Prior to joining SkyBridge in July 2010, she performed the same function in the Hedge Fund Management Group at Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI). Before joining CAI in 2005, she had five years of mutual fund accounting, operations, and financial reporting experience at The Bank of New York Mellon and JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Ms. Chan received a B.S. in Management with concentrations in Finance and Management Information Systems from Binghamton University and is a CAIA charterholder.
Janice Lann is a Director at SkyBridge, responsible for funds of hedge funds accounting, operations, and financial reporting. Prior to joining SkyBridge in 2010, she was an Assistant Vice President within the Hedge Fund Management Group at Citigroup Alternative Investments, where she also worked on single manager funds. Prior to joining CAI in 2006, Ms. Lann was a managed accounts accountant at NuVerse Advisors.
Ms. Lann received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Shaahid Kajee is a Director at SkyBridge Capital, where he is responsible for fund accounting operations and financial reporting. Prior to joining SkyBridge, Shaahid was an Accounting Manager at Medley Capital in the finance, accounting and operations group. Prior to joining Medley, Shaahid was a Vice President at Citi Private Equity Services, Inc., where he managed a team of professionals who provided fund administration services for private equity and hybrid funds. Mr. Kajee received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College – City University of New York.
Marc Zivotovsky is a Director at SkyBridge focusing on the finance and accounting activities of SkyBridge’s management company. Prior to joining SkyBridge in 2015, Marc was a senior accountant at Citrin Cooperman for five years. He has a B.S. in accounting from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Marc is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of New York.
