Every single transaction shows «Sorry, We are unable to locate this TxnHash»
To Reproduce (REQUIRED)
Any transaction I attempt to make anywhere with metamask. My wallet is not showing any pending transactions on etherscan.
Expected behavior
Expect transaction to complete

Do you have any previously sped up or retried/cancelled transactions as well as transaction that failed? We are seeing users with a specific pattern of these transactions that can effect the nonce calculation due to bad transaction state. Can you confirm that you have no pending transactions on a block explorer?

I am experiencing same issue and in my case it was happening because wrong nonce parameter causing invalid transaction.
I was using same address within different networks. (AVAX P-chain and ETH) After making a transaction from one network and after switching the other network when making another transaction on that one nonce was set according to last transaction which made on other network. Resetting wallet from advanced settings solves the issue but issue repeats when above case happens.

I am facing the same issue. From my experience, I have realized that if there will be any pending transaction, the transaction actually doesn’t occur sometimes while creating or interacting with remix smart contract deployment and functions[in my case]. Also, pending transactions are not completed sometimes. Due to which we need to reset the account. I think this issue should be fixed.

It’s exchange’s problem. Not related to metamask. Actually even if transaction made from metamask it may not be relavent to metamask at all but in your case metamask is completely irrelavent.

Собстно, не было такой транзы.
Биржевой кошель эфира свой смотрите. Были ли на нём эфирки, и куда ушли.
Кошелек свой биржевой вбейте на етхерскан, отобразятся все ваши транзы.
Перед выводом средств, все эфирки должны были быть на вашем кошельке. Если их не было, кидай историю торгов. Либо ты что-то не то мутишь, либо нехилый прецендент.

Соответственно, где-то в этой цепочке у пацанов произошел сбой, либо просто зажмотили бабло.
А самое грустное, если нет истории торгов то я даж не знаю, каким образом можно доказать существование монет на твоём акке.

Вероятно, тебя приняли за сраного ниггера из гетто и просто положили на тебя большой х.й. В следующий раз попробуй с ними общаться на языке белых людей.

Добрый день форумчане, столкнулся с такой проблемой: майнил на bittrex, перед пампом омг взял тыщенку, на хаях фиксанул в юсдт, через неделю купил 22 ETH и, о горе, отправил всей котлетой на бинанс, withdrawal:complet, TXID не валид, эфира нет) Саппорт отвечает следующее:
It’s possible that the withdrawal is an “Orphan”. If this is the case, Bittrex Global will credit the amount back to your account. Then you can resubmit the withdrawal at your convenience.

На этом всё, другой инфы на данный момент не имею, причину заморозки вывода за 2 с половиной месяца узнать не удалось. Если удасться забрать, или не удасться буду держать в курсе). Просьба админам, если это возможно, закрепить этот пост в первом посте.

Yesterday made two transactions; Gas 21000, limit 50000, end up used 21000. Both are confirmed and passed now.
Today try sending fund, been several days now but it’s still showing «Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash» in etherscan.
All transaction using Light client to make.

How will these transactions end up?
Few days already, have the tx hash but never appear in chain, no status at all

Sometimes a transaction is created but your node doesn’t have any peers and it fails to relay to the rest of the network. This means that the transaction is never made and no funds are spent. Check etherscan and you’ll see nothing has changed.

Btw, isn’t it better for the system just delete it from the tx history if it’s invalid? Cause it will be misleading!
If wants to keep it there, I think it will be better if the system will automatically re-initiate the sending of fund again?
Besides, this should be a bug?
When I click on any of those transactions, it always showing ‘Gas used | 121,000‘, for both Confirmed and Invalid(With Tx.hash but never appear in the chain) Transaction, that is misleading!?
I have actually changed the gas limit for all my transactions to be ‘50,000’, but it always shows 121,000‘.

All transactions have hashes, even if they are never put on the blockchain. It wipes out a transaction that goes unconfirmed for a long time, yes.
It usually only shows «gas used» after the inclusion. If you click on the blue transaction hash link where does it take you?

Then why like this? A week already the two invalid transaction (2nd Txn in 17th Mar and the only txn in 20th Mar) are still there.
The System/Ethereum Wallet should remove invalid txn from the display so that user will not get confused 
Clicking the link will open the etherscan with that tx.hash
As following:

As shown below 
That’s from invalid txn but the summary seems like fee has been paid

So even if there’s a ‘tx hash’ for reference, the txn could be an invalid one?
Even if there’s a txn hash, it does not mean it got included in a block.

Transaction never sends.
My account has no pending transactions on etherscan, I’ve tried with different gas limits (between 25-1000 gwei, and different amounts of eth). Previously was using it for crypto kitties but now normal transactions show the same thing. Let me know if any other info can be useful

Please submit a ticket to https://support.metamask.io with your transaction/state logs. Here’s a guide to obtaining these logs. https://support.metamask.io/kb/article/15-copying-state-logs

Submitted ticket #MET00267479. This seems to be a widespread issue, multiple people reporting it and nobody has a working solution (see reddit threads).

Users have been report similar issues and I have determined that our provider to the Ethereum network is out of sync.
Users with similar issues have better experience with syncing MetaMask with MyEtherWallet and used their nodes to send transactions through their provider. Also, some users have reported using https://mainnet.infura.io and adding it as New RPC URL under Custom RPC in the network dropdown in Metamask to submit transactions.
Solutions are being provided on #2655.

i tried opening a ticket a the link given above. i ended up sending a message because i didnt find the support ticket in the link. i added my transaction history. Ive heard nothing back. At this point my metamask is just showing the money as gone. i can trade it or anything. this really sucks =( please help

Recently, in 2017 and up to January 2018 the Ethereum community has been receiving many transaction e rrors. These errors come with this note: Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash. If your Ethereum transaction has failed and you got this Transaction Hash issue then welcome to the club. You are not alone, there are 800 thousands queries in Google regarding “Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash”. This happens. You will not lose your precious crypto money. Just read the instructions below on what to do in case of this error. Let’s review all most likely scenarios and get answers what to do.
If you run into the Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash trouble, then you will see this message:
Now, let’s list a number of reasons WHY exactly you are receiving this.
1. Ethereum blockchain is not perfect. This is overwhelmed with daily transactions and sometimes it ends up with a failure for a transaction hash. Just as for yours. Yeah, out of luck, sorry.
2. There are plenty of DApps that use Ethereum network to utilize their blockchain. The best example is CryptoKitties DApp. This application becomes so popular and virus that its users are killing Ethereum network.
