This computer has been deactivated to use with studio one что делать
всем привет! пользуюсь studio one 5 и зачастую нагруженные проекты (song, project) не открываются, происходит это так: я нажимаю открыть проект, он загружается и в какой то момент программа закрывается без какой либо ошибки(не помогает перезагрузка компа, файлы с проектами никак открыть не могу) Как быть, подскажите пожалуйста, как исправить работу программы, чтобы все проекты стабильно открывались?
P.S. Заметил, что в момент вылета программы происходит загрузка плагина sample one от presonus
Нашёл решение проблемы, которую выше описал, фишка была в том. что melodyne не позволял проектам запуститься. Не знаю почему melodyne, но на зарубежных форумах я нашёл, что много таких ситуаций, и когда удаляешь melodyne, то всё запускается.
Если кто-то знает как так поставить melodyne, чтобы всё работало четко, отпишитесь плиз!

hey there, this is my second post on this issue. the other post was deleted so trying again.
is anyone having issues with studio one deactivating.
i have been going with support for over 5 weeks on this issue and still no solution on this. just wondering if anyone else was having this issue. there was another topic about the same issue and it seems to be deleted to i just saw it last night before i went to bed and its gone this morning.
long story short this computer has been running studio one with no problems for over 2-1/2 years through version 1 and version 2 including all the updates. then 1 week before thanks giving internet card went bad changed it out and now for over 5 weeks studio one wont activate.
i activate it online it activates it and just before studio one finishes load it automatically deauthorizes it.
now between email and a online session with them with access to my computer the only fix they have is to not connect computer to internet and activate it offline. that’s the only way it will activate but as soon as i plug in the internet cable studio one deactivates right after loading.
i even got to the point where i wiped the drive completely reinstalled windows 7 with a brand new fresh copy of windows 7 did the updates to windows then just installed studio one and same issue. i have also changed out the internet card to 3 different ones and same issue
i would do offline, but i really dont use the included studio one vst and effects. i use my 3rd party synths and effects that many require online activation
if anyone is having the same issue please post in here

that’s the thing i have gone through this with support and them having access to my computer and they still don’t know whats going on. i even cleared out all the activations in my account and reinstalled windows with a brand new serial key and just installed studio one nothing else and same thing happens. they also gave me a new studio one serial and no change. it happened to them as they had control of my computer. i just don’t what to make out of it this same computer had been running studio one since its version one release with out any problems for over 2-1/2 years. only thing that happened was internet card went bad and that’s where this started. nothing else changed. even tried 3 separate internet cards to make sure it was no a conflict with the specific card but same thing happens on each one
the only thing they tell me know is to use it without connecting to internet. that is were my problem lays i don’t use any of the studio one plugins or synths i have my own third party synths and effects and a majority require me to go online to activate them so stil stuck. im not knocking the studio one effects and synths but im rather more comfortable using the tools that i have become comfortable using over the years.
i know on the offline activation it will authorize when i download the license but as soon as i connect my internet cable so i can authorize my 3rd party plugins studio one deauthorizes studio one and the loops starts all over again
just frustrated over this
by the lack of any further communication from support its looking like i have been put on the backburner till they find out a solution. which does not help me ugh
I’m having the same problem. I turn my computer on after being in sleep mode, and I have to reactivate the program.
I don’t know what’s causing the deactivations, but I suspect it has to do with the last batch of bad updates from Windows, as that is when all my problems started with my studio programs.
Hope they find a solution regardless of who the problem originated with. Wouldn’t solving this make Presonus look like a superstar if it turns out to be a windows problem.

P.S. the timing matches the bad batch of updates that started in the second week of November.
the more I read the more I think this is a windows OS problem caused by bad updates.
Guess time will tell (hopefully)

As you already know, this does not work because your «computer signature» changes as soon as you turn on your NIC.
But In case you are not aware, you should be able to do an offline activation even with the NIC turned on and connected to the internet. Make sure you are connected, then just choose «offline activation» and go through the steps. Now the computer has a «resident license» on the hard drive that works with the NIC turned on and connected to the net so you can still authorize your plugins. (tip: save your license in a folder with your Studio One installation, not in some «download» folder you may clean later)
Not sure if that will solve your problem, but it may.
