Thanks but now I have another problem and idk if it’s a good one or a bad one. At about 3am this morning I decided to give the startup repair program another try. Well it’s «working» now. Problem is is that since 3am this menu came up and won’t go away. At first it was scanning for problems or something, but now it’s «attempting repairs». It has been doing so for. Literally the last 8hrs. I cannot cancel this process. And it’s nearing my deadline here. I need it to work ASAP. If you have any other ideas I’m open.

I would like to tell you that it is a no boot issue that your system is facing. It can be because of hardware or software. What we need to do first is to run a diagnose test to find out whether its hardware or software. To run Diagnose on system, Please follow steps from http://dell.to/LwnLoJ or you can simply turn off your system and restarted system. As soon as you turn on the system start tabbing F12 and choose diagnose option. it will take 8-10 minutes to finish the test. Once your test passes, it means hardware of system is Ok.
After that you need to restrat system and start tabbing f8 and choose option Safe mode with networking. If it works that’s well and good you will be able to finish your work or assignment and once you are done you need to do pc restore. On another side if it did not work simply jump to Pc restore option. SO turn on your system and start tabbing F8 and choose option repair your computer. Please follow the steps http://dell.to/hbIWHm for Pc restore. NOTE:- In Pc restore your data will be lost, so please back up ASAP.

Сегодня утром владелец сообщил про странные заставки и пиканье при включении ноута.

Доброго времени суток, купил сей девайс в январе месяца для работы (Acad, office) и лёгкие игрушки.
Есть ли разница между динамиками DELL INSPIRON M5030 и DELL INSPIRON M5010?
Здравствуйте подскажите пожалуйста есть ли разница между динамиками DELL INSPIRON M5030 и DELL.
При включении ноут показывает Attention: Unsupported Video Configuration Detected
Ноут dell inspirion 15 45173/sdppi/2016 5100 Проблема такая при включении показывает Attention.
Зависает заставка DELL [Dell inspiron 5720]
Зависает заставка DELL И не грузит дальше так же нельзя зайти в BIOS или куда либо еще. Ноутбук.
Исправления:
— Устранено зависание системы при включении параметров PTT Security и Legacy Option ROM в программе настройки BIOS.
Усовершенствования:
— В программу настройки BIOS добавлен параметр «Turbo boost«.
— Повышена стабильность системы.
Помимо Legacy я менял и у PTT тоже галку.
Написал им в техподдержку.
Не стоит самому BIOS перепрошивать в данном случае?
Если я верну параметры в дефолтное состояние, то Windows перестанет стартовать?
Раз Legacy отключится.

Драйвера последние с сайта производителя
В рекомендациях написано про отключение троттлинга в биосе, но в биосе делла ничего нет про троттлинг.

Since I ran the files, I was asked to, after I sent in the report, my computer is getting a new BSOD which seems to be in some for of loop, between rebooting and the
Dell Support Assist.
The BSOD reads: BAD POOL CALLER : mfesapsn.sys
It will not start up to windows at all.
The Dell Support assist, that automatically follows the BSOD says:
your system seems to have trouble starting. Scanning for possible hardware issues.
Comes up and says no issues.
It then starts to detect any software issues
I am working from my old XP tower right now.

Thanks for providing the clear description of the problem. As per your description, it seems that your system is crashing because of the Mcafee since the driver listed by the Blue Screen is a part of Mcafee.

Before this topic was moved, i did a System Restore, and got the computer booted up.
Very slow, (compared to usual), but Windows booted up fine.
Just got rid of McAfee.
Now, how should I proceed?

Make sure that Windows Defender is enabled. Once you make sure, you can proceed on installing another antivirus assuming that you are not experiencing any problems like BSODs.

I tried to re-run adwcleaner, and still get the BSOD, even though i got rid of Mcafee. Something else must be causing the problem with ADWCLEANER.

Could you please re-run the Sysnative File Collection App and then upload the latest ZIP file generated by it with your next post?

I’m (M-K-D-B ) in contact with Xplode, who is the developer of AdwCleaner.
Please start AdwCleaner (v 5.013) again. The database should be updated automatically.
Do another scan with AdwCleaner and press the Cleaning-button again.
Xplode has added the process DDSSvc.exe to the whitelist, so cleaning should work fine now.
Please let me know if this problem has been fixed.
I would suggest you to delete the current version of Adwcleaner and download the latest copy of it and then follow the above instructions and see if the BSOD is still happening or not.
Furthermore, the ZIP file uploaded by you did not have any dump files. I see that you are running CCleaner. I would suggest you *not* to use CCleaner since it deletes the dump files which are required for analyzing the problem.
I managed to find some information on the last BSOD which occurred on 12th October and it was again due to the Mcafee’s Deep Defender service.

BTW, as an afterthought. My computer is a month old, and came with Windows 8.1. I upgraded to Windows 10, but use the Classic Shell, to make it act like Windows 7.

Thanks a lot for providing me with the dump files.
Sorry to say but I was wrong in reporting this correctly. On finding the Image name, I failed to check the path of the executable on the system but rather used Google to find more information on this executable. Furthermore, I committed another mistake while searching i.e. I searched for «DDsvc.exe» rather than «DDSSvc.exe» (I missed the extra S).
I have notified the developers about my mistake. Hopefully, a resolution would be made available soon.

Привет всем. У жены на ноуте Dell Inspiron при включении вылезает какое-то предупредупреждение белыми буквами на чёрном экране. Текст следующий:
The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined.
The battery not charge.
The system will adjust the performance to match the power available/
Please connect a Dell 90 W AC adapter or greater for the best system performance.
Strike the F3 key (before F1 or F2 key) if you do not want to see power warning message again.

До этого пару раз было такое. Но ноут использовался без батареи от сети. При появлении этого предупреждения она нажимала F1. При следующем включении это так же появлялось. Я попробовал тогда вариант просто тупо выдергивал шнур из ноута, при следующем включении оно уже не вылазило. После этого вставляли батарейку, всё нормально работало, батарея заряжалась уровень заряда показывался. То есть после выдергивания шнура всё становилось норм. И вот за пол года третий раз это сообщение появилось, решил разобраться.
В общем нажал я F1 комп включился (стоит батарея сейчас и ноут от сети работает, причём комп стали использовать от сети с батареей уже как несколько дней). Значит включился ноут. Батарея показывает уровень заряда 100%. Вытаскиваю шнур, показывает 99%. Решил немного подсадить её и посмотреть будет ли она заряжаться. Разрядил батарею до 97%. Воткнул шнур, показывает батарея заряжена на 100%. Выключил ноут. Включил, это предупреждение не появлялось. Батарея пишет 100% заряжена. Вытащил шнур, пишет 97%. Разрядил до 96%, воткнул шнур, пишет 100%. То есть батарея не заряжается. Что это за ерунда? И почему не зяряжается батарея а сообщение не выдаётся больше? Ведь раньше когда батарея не стояла, при появлении этой ошибки я тупо выдирал шнур и потом опять включал комп. Комп какое-то время работал от сети, когда надо было жена вставляла батарею и работала от неё. При необходимости заряжала её. Что делать?))
