Public Sales
Многие вообще не понимают, что происходит, речь идет за участие
в том или ином сейле, поэтому было решено, что нужно коротко описать механику.
В общем, почти каждый проект перед тем как залиститься на биржу собирает деньги на своё развитие, расскажу стандартную схему, но сейчас есть куча вариаций.
Две основные вариацаии:
Как анализировать проекты?
Я рассказал про все распространенные форматы проведения сейлов, но не рассказал про самый прогрессивный из них — bonding curve.
Это новый формат, который проходит на «mesa», это по факту система-распределитель, которая рисует цену, исходя из спроса. Самый чесный способ проведения сейлов, ИМО. Есть минимальная цена, есть граничная цена, остальное решает спрос.

Что я думаю касательно таких сейлов?
Попадают все, кто желает, все по +- одинаковой цене. Что это дает? –Коммунизм. Все в равных условиях, покупают практически все, кто заинтересован, а потом получается ситуация, что лить токены некому, ведь уже ВСЕ КУПИЛИ, спроса после сейла нет. То есть, тут две стороны медали. С одной стороны, все желающие получить токены — получают их, но с другой стороны, им уже не в кого их выгружать, и особо много не заработаешь.
Буду участвовать в bonding curve только при условии очень маленькой капы, а точнее маленького количества токенов на сейл, до 3–5 миллионов, чтобы нельзя было икснуть капу уже в момент сейла, чтобы потом было в кого выгружаться. Так все ж купят, в кого выгружаться? Не все, многие морально не выставят высокую цену за токен на момент сейла, а потом будут покупать на фомо у меня с иксами по еще более высшей цене. Если токенов немного, то можно покупать по завышенной цене.
И помните, что любой ваш профит на рынке — это чьи-то потерянные деньги, выживает сильнейший, поэтому, нужно быть быстрее остальных, покупать дешевле остальных, и уже разгружаться в тех, кто
сидит и ждет у моря погоды.
