Кто такие self-employed и freelancer
Когда меня спрашивают где и кем я работаю иногда очень трудно одним-двумя словами охарактеризовать вид своей деятельности, но сегодня я прочитал в Тиндере, подпись одной девушки и решил глянуть, что у нее такая за работа. Это было self-employed и в итоге я понял, что это именно то, как можно охарактеризовать мою деятельность, возможно и вам будет полезно)
В английском языке есть термин self-employed. Прямой перевод на русский язык подобрать сложно, но в лоб можно перевести как “сам себе работник”, или, как переводит Лингво, “обслуживающий свое предприятие, работающий не по найму”.
К self-employed можно отнести всех, кто работает вне рамок каких-либо компаний, как правило, на контрактной основе. Это могут быть различные консультанты, юристы, программисты, массажисты и т.д. и т.п.
Распространен ещё термин фрилансер (от английского freelancer). По большому счету self-employed и фрилансеры мало чем отличаются. Обычно к фрилансерам причисляют внештаных специалистов, которые могут выполнить какую то работу в рамка проекта. В интернете это чаще всего дизайнеры и программисты. Можно договориться, что если человек просто оказывает клиентам услуги и выполняет какую-то работу, получая при это деньги, то он фрилансер. Если человек в принципе делает то же самое, но уже официально, то он self-employed.
В США был целый период восхваления self-employed работников и там сейчас это очень большая часть экономики (каждый четвертый трудоспособный гражданин является self-emploed). «Библией» стала книга «Нация свободных агентов» Даниела Пинка. В Штатах self-employed работники получают доход напрямую от своих клиентов, и этот доход облагается налогом (15.3%).
В России есть общий термин «малый бизнес», но на то он и общий термин, что относят к нему все что угодно.

День 24. Как все по полочкам разложено или про Self Employed
Весьма вдохновленный денек сегодня)))) Обожаю, когда информацию удается структурировать и систематизировать. И еще. Стоило мне вчера лишь подумать о том, что было бы неплохо как то весь процесс иммиграции выложить каким то слайдом или схемой, как я сегодня случайно наткнулся на такое счастье. Не идеально конечно. Но очень очень информативно. Делюсь с радостью))))

Но весь мой ход рассуждений и потока мыслей прервался, когда госпожа Мария Алексеева сделал акцент на одном пункте.
Оказывается, не только фермеры да спортсмены с певцами туда залазят. Но и. 
Только вчера думал, что же мне со всем этим моим дизайнерским добром делать.
Суть программы такова.
Нужно набрать минимально 35 баллов. Из 100 возможных. Только за образование 20 дают, За возраст 10 и т.д.
Можно спокойно набрать нужные баллы. Даже язык как бы не важен. Но все таки его рекомендуют сдать на 5 минимум.
Ты должен быть самозанятым. Подтвердить опыт минимут 2 года из пяти последних. Подтверждается референсами и явными доказательствами. Фотки например. Там еще есть много своих заморочек. Не во всем разобрался. Отличное портфолио должно быть. Нет требований к языку. Нет требований к финансам. Весь смысл в том, чтоб доказать, что ты сам можешь себя прокормить. И что не сильно претендуешь на наемную работу.
Получаешь сразу перманента. Без ожиданий. И идешь работать сам на себя. Хотя по факту, никто за тобой ходить не может. И следить. Пошел ты на работу или нет.
На форумах пишут, что это долго. Некоторые по 5 лет ждали. Многие отказ получали. Очень многие. Мест мало. 500 в год на весь мир. Последнее время почему то отмечена тенденция браковать заявки из россии. Про украину не слышал. Кстати отказы чаще всего давали, когда образование одно, а эмплоймент другой. У канадцев я так понял вообще с этим галочка определенная. Например я работал с сантехником. Он вообще врач по образованию. )))) Ему вообще дорога заказана по ходу. Ни врачом ни сантехником))) Хотя кто его знает.
Ну и почему то не выходит из головы Манитоба. Логически сложно объяснить. )))) Такие вот дела)))
