Как провести электронный платеж со счета в чешском банке
Итак, Вы открыли счет в банке в Чехии. Давайте выяснять, как сделать одноразовый платеж с Вашего счета с помощью интернет-банка. Порядок и требования для заполнения приказа об оплате в других банках мало чем отличаются.
На сайте Вашего банка Вы заходите на страничку своего счета с помощью данных, полученных при его открытии.
У каждого банка странички интернет-банка выглядят по-разному, но разделы, как правило, очень похожи.
Есть несколько разделов:
Pohyby (historie transakcí, přehledy,účty) – в этом разделе можно проверить историю движений на счетах, найти электронные выписки по счету, задать поиск конкретных платежей.
Platby (poslat peníze, placení) – в этом разделе можно осуществить одноразовые платежи по Чехии (jednorázové/tuzemské platby), постоянные платежи (trvalé příkazy), заграничные платежи (zahraniční příkaz, europlatba, SEPA), инкассо (inkasa, SIPO), собирательный приказ – одной платежкой можно провести сразу несколько платежей, например, оплату налогов по зарплатам (hromadný příkaz). Также есть возможность настроить шаблоны (образцы) платежей.
Теперь перейдем непосредственно к заполнению платежного поручения в кронах на примере FIO банка:
— Účty – здесь необходимо выбрать счет, с которого Вы хотите перевести деньги (если он у Вас не один в этом банке, например, личный, фирменный, в кронах, в евро и др.);
— Jednorázové platby — tuzemská platba – здесь откроется форма, которую необходимо заполнить;
— Zaplatit z účtu (заплатить со счета) — в этой ячейке уже будет стоять выбранный Вами счет;
— Na účet – здесь Вы должны указать банковский счет получателя. Иногда счет получателя состоит из двух частей. Цифры до дефиса называются předčíslí — Вы заносите их в соответствующую ячейку. У некоторых банков (как на нашем образце) отдельной ячейки нет, в этом случае в поле вписывается целый счет вместе с předčíslí и дефисом (например, 7755-77628031);
— Kód banky – четырехзначный код банка получателя, иногда в документах его пишут через наклонную черту к счету (77620021/0710). Рядом с этой ячейкой обычно есть кнопка-меню, где выложен список кодов всех чешских банков. Код нужного банка Вы можете выбрать из списка;
— Částka – сумма платежа;
— Měna – валюта платежа, здесь Вы указываете CZK (чешские кроны);
— Variabilní symbol или VS – вариабельный символ. Это идентификатор платежа, по нему получатель поймет, кто и за что ему перевел деньги. При оплате фактур это, как правило, номер фактуры, при оплате по договору (без фактуры) указывается номер договора или же номер клиента. При оплате налогов указывается IČ (ИНН) компании или номер налогоплательщика — физического лица (как правило, это «родне число»). Вариабельный символ обязательно укажите, иначе Ваш платеж может затеряться как неопознанный;
— Konstantní symbol(KS) и Specifický symbol(SS) – заполняете только в случае, если получатель это указывает в документе, на основании которого Вы проводите оплату, в других случаях – не заполняете;
— Správa pro příjemce ( иногда еще и Správa pro odesilatele) – назначение платежа. В этом поле Вы можете описать, за что платите, чтобы впоследствии не держать эту информацию в голове. Поле не обязательно для заполнения, т.к. в основном все уже понятно по вариабельному символу;
— Datum splatnosti или ke dni – здесь Вы можете указать дату заполнения или дату, когда платеж должен быть оплачен;
— Pokračovat или odeslat — провести оплату.
Теперь Вы умеете пользоваться чешским интернет-банкингом.
