I just got this message bar on GitHub saying that:
Your account has been flagged.
Because of that, your profile is hidden from the public. If you believe this is a mistake, contact support to have your account status reviewed.
I have contacted their support, but I’m worried about this happening all of a sudden.

Your Github Account can be flagged if they believe you are violating their conduct restrictions.
While using GitHub, you agree that you will not under any circumstances:
harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence towards any individual or group, including GitHub employees, officers, and agents, or other GitHub Users;
use our servers for any form of excessive automated bulk activity (for example, spamming), or relay any other form of unsolicited advertising or solicitation through our servers, such as get-rich-quick schemes;
attempt to disrupt or tamper with GitHub’s servers in ways that could harm our Website or Service, to place undue burden on GitHub’s servers through automated means, or to access GitHub’s Service in ways that exceed your authorization (other than those authorized by the GitHub Bug Bounty program);
impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives, including through false association with GitHub, or by fraudulently misrepresenting your identity or site’s purpose; or
violate the privacy of any third party, such as by posting another person’s personal information without consent.

Please help.
I did the following:
To request funds, simply create a GitHub Gist with your Ethereum address pasted into the contents (the file name doesn’t matter), copy paste the gists URL into the above input box and fire away! You can track the current pending requests below the input field to see how much you have to wait until your turn come
I put the address in:
https://www.rinkeby.io/ cripto faucet
Then I got the answer that there is no such user (although I regained github-gist) and after that I was on github «Your account has been flagged»
So please explain to me whether I’m doing something wrong and you can unblock my github account.

GitHub contacted us a few weeks ago that a lot of people are creating new/empty accounts only to use the Rinkeby faucet and their system is occasionally deleting those as invalid ones (or duplicate accounts). I don’t think there’s much we can do apart from implementing Google/Twitter signing for the faucet.
I’d also suggest sending an email to GitHub to clear up that it’s a valid account and not a throwaway.

I to have been flagged and dont know why I have an idea of why I use the git-cli application
and I added a website i created when i was still a beginner in php and mysql and used the git add * command not once but twice i think im flagged by a bot as a bot

My account was flagged as well. No idea why but I’m glad they have such a great system in place so that people AT THE VERY LEAST know the supposed reason that caused it.

My account has been flagged and I don’t know why. All my projects have been halted and my applications have broken down because they read files from my repositories. I have contacted the support team twice but nothing has changed. Please help fix that for me. It’s really disturbing.

Today I logged into my Github account and noticed a message says that my GitHub account has been flagged and I don’t know why I have an idea of why?! Would you tell me what to do now?
